Russian watchdog, operators to sign memorandum on fighting spam calls

Russian operators MTS, Tele2 Russia, Megafon and Beeline plan to sign a cooperation memorandum with the federal competition regulator FAS. The agreement aimed at combatting spam calls will be signed at the St Petersburg Economy Forum on 03 June.
