Rwandan mobile phone subscriptions rise 0.4% to 8.7 mln in November

The number of mobile phone subscriptions in Rwanda rose by 0.4 percent to 8.70 million in November from 8.67 million the previous month, the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) said in its monthly report. Mobile phone penetration rate increased to 75.5 percent in November 2017 from 75.2 percent in October but was down from 78.7 percent in November 2016.
