Rwanda's active mobile phone subscriptions edge up to 8.99 mln in February

The total number of mobile subscribers in Rwanda rose by almost 58,090 or 0.65 percent to 8.99 million at the end of February from 8.93 million on 31 January. According to the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) Active Mobile Subscriptions report for February, penetration increased to 76.1 percent in February from 75.6 percent the previous month.
