Safaricom cuts cross-border calling rates to Rwanda

Kenyan operator Safaricom has announced that it is lowering the cost of calls and roaming rates between Kenya and Rwanda with effect from 01 October. Safaricom will reduce roaming rates for customers visiting Rwanda slashed by 60 percent from KES 25 per minute to KES 10.
