Safaricom introduces Zuri interactive customer care chatbot

Kenyan operator Safaricom has introduced Zuri, an artificial intelligence (AI) Chatbot assistant available on Telegram and Facebook Messenger. Zuri enables customers to perform tasks such as managing subscriptions, unsubscribing from chargeable SMS services, handling M-Pesa reversals, buying bundles, topping up airtime, and checking M-Pesa and airtime balances.
