Safaricom runs Safer Internet Day campaign

Kenyan operator Safaricom hosted the annual Safer Internet Day to advocate for the responsible use of the web, especially by children and young people. Safaricom provides over 86 percent of Kenya's population with 4G and 3G coverage and serves 96 percent of the population with 2G reception.
