Safaricom sues UK-based VoIP provider over unpaid termination fees

Safaricom is now seeking permission to serve court papers on a VoIP provider called Iphone Global Systems through newspaper adverts, according to Business Daily. The newspaper's website cited court documents as saying the VoIP company owes Safaricom KES 120 million but has closed its Nairobi office.
