Safaricom warns of engineering works on 28-29 March

Kenyan operator Safaricom has notified its customers of possible disruption to services when it carries out system maintenance on 28 and 29 March from 21:00 hrs to 00:30 hrs. Strategy and innovation director Joseph Ogutu said that the works mostly affect the availability of air time top-ups, Okoa Jahazi, air time transfer, data transfer and data bundle purchases. He indicated that all other services including voice, data, M-Pesa and SMS will remain available.
