Salora unveils PowerMaxx Android smartphone

Indian conglomerate Salora International (SIL) has unveiled PowerMaxx Android smartphone in the country. The newly launched smartphone is packed with advanced Cortex-A9 1GHz dual-core 40nm processor and runs on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. PowerMaxx features 3200mAh, has Smart Battery Protection Circuit' to protect any leakage and offers video calling over 3G network. The smartphone also features 4.5-inch IPS LCD (qHD) screen, operates on the latest Android ICS 4.0 platform (upgradable to Jelly Bean 4.1), includes 4GB ROM, 512RAM and external memory expandable up to 32GB. The smartphone also has a 1.3-megapixel front facing camera and 8-megapixel Auto Focus back facing camera and supports HD video recording, comes with Advanced Assembly Technology with Zero Air Gap, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The company has used a signal process technology with a 'Dual Mic Design' in PowerMaxx. The Salora smartphone is available at all the stores including online platforms like Flipkart, Infibeam, Snapdeal, Salzmart at INR 15,999.
