Samsung donates smart school to Tshwane academy

Samsung South Africa has donated a Smart School to the Tshwane Leadership and Management Academy in the City of Tshwane, at an event to mark the municipality being the first to be granted accreditation as a Decentralised Trade Testing Centre (DTTC). A DTTC is an institution that evaluates the skills of learners in various trades, via qualified assessors and moderators. The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) then issues trade certificates to the successful learners.
