Samsung launches Next Q Fund to invest in AI startups

Samsung Electronics has launched a new fund through its US-based innovation strategy arm Samsung Next. Through this initiative, Samsung aims to invest in startups focused on artificial intelligence (AI) development, Yonhap news agency reports. Samsung Next has launched the Next Q Fund to invest in "early stage AI startups taking on grand challenges". The Next Q Fund aims to provide direct financial support for startups as well as other opportunities for their research and development projects.
