Samsung names Lee as president of North America headquarters

Samsung Electronics has appointed Gregory Lee as president of the North America Headquarters, in addition to his role as president of Samsung Telecommunications America (STA), effective immediately. In his new role, Lee will be in charge of overseeing Samsung businesses across all offices in North America which include Samsung Electronics America, Samsung Telecommunications America, and Samsung Electronics Canada, while still leading STA's mobile business operations and strengthening its positions in the smartphone and wireless markets in the US. Lee replaces Samsung Electronics North America
