Samsung says rapid deployment by EOH unit enables switch to call centre teleworking

Samsung says its call centre performed beyond expectations when the South African lockdown was announced, thanks to rapid response and the right technology to enable remote working. Samsung's call centre is managed by iOCO, a wholly owned subsidiary of EOH. The call centre employs approximately 180 operatives as well as dedicated technical support staff.
