Samsung SDS launches Mobile Voice Recording service

Samsung SDS, the IT services arm of Samsung Group, has launched a mobile banking service for the global financial market. Dubbed 'Mobile Voice Recording Solution' (MVRS), the service will initially be available in the UK, Business Korea reports. The MVRS platform is designed to enable mobile devices to automatically record the whole process of phone calls between customers and financial company employees to ensure safety of mobile financial services.
