Samsung to power 500 South Korean startups in next 5 years

Samsung has announced it will nurture more than 500 South Korean startups during the next five years by operating a startup support program, The Korea Times reports. Samsung has been operating its Creative Lab (C-Lab) in-house startup incubator program since 2012. "So far, the C-Lab program has spun off 34 startups and those startups created about 170 new jobs", said Lee Jae-il, VP of Samsung Electronics' Creativity & Innovation Center.
