Samsung to put more focus on and create more jobs at neural processing unit

Samsung wants to put more focus on its neural processing unit (NPU) and create 2000 related jobs worldwide by 2030, about 10 times its current headcount at the operations. The aim is to further develop the company's artificial intelligence services. Samsung will also expand upon existing cooperations with research institutes and universities worldwide in the fields of AI, deep learning and neural processing.
