Samsung to switch to sustainable packaging from this year

Samsung has announced it will be switching to packaging made from sustainable materials from the first half of this year. The aim will be to replace plastic packaging materials with recycled paper or bio-based plastics. The company said it has put together a task force to design, develop, purchase, market and quality control innovative packaging ideas.
