Samsung's QLED TVs sales jump 200% to 2 mln units in H1

Samsung Electronics has announced that total purchases of its QLED TVs jumped 200 percent year-on-year since the launch of Samsung's QLED 8K TV in 2019. This adoption of QLED TVs has led to more than two million units sold across the world in the first half of this year. The statement was made at a press conference at IFA 2019. To enhance the TV line-up, Samsung has introduced its 55-inch QLED 8K, which will complement Samsung's existing QLED range which includes 65, 75, 82 and 85-inch versions.
