SAP launches next phase of Plastics Cloud service to reduce plastic waste

SAP has announced the launch of the next phase of its Plastics Cloud system that helps companies to track the use of plastic in their supply chains. The Plastics Cloud collects existing and live data from the supply chain to reduce plastic waste. It uses SAP's Leonardo technology, including machine learning, to compile information to forecast trends in plastics purchasing and recycling.
