SaskTel brings InfiNet to North, South Battleford

Tuesday 30 January 2018 | 08:04 CET | News
SaskTel announced plans to expand its fibre optics network infiNet to Battleford and North Battleford. Construction will begin in the spring of 2018 and the service is expected to be available in some neighbourhoods by early summer. InfiNet is being deployed through SaskTel's Fibre To The Premises (FTTP) programme, a CAD 670 million investment to bring fibre optics directly to homes and businesses by upgrading SaskTel's broadband network across Saskatchewan's nine largest cities.
