Sat2Way signs KA-SAT capacity deal with Eutelsat's Skylogic

French satellite ISP Sat2Way has signed a EUR 4 million, four-year contract with Eutelsat subsidiary Skylogic to start offering its Tooway new-generation broadband service over the KA-SAT satellite from the middle of the year. Sat2Way began working with Eutelsat in early 2008, when it launched the first-generation Tooway service using Ka-band capacity on the Eutelsat Hot Bird 6 satellite. Sat2Way will now offer a range of Tooway services via KA-SAT with broadband speeds up to 10 Mbps in France, Belgium and Spain to consumers who cannot access high-speed internet via terrestrial networks.
