Saudi KAUST upgrades intercontinental connectivity by 400 Gbps with Mobily

The Nordic countries' research and education network NordUnet has announced an upgrade to the 10 Gbps connection linking it via Amsterdam with the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia. It said KAUST is deploying a total of 400 Gbps inter-continental connectivity, specifically 200 Gbps between Saudia Arabia and Amsterdam and 200 Gbps between Saudi Arabia and Singapore.
