Saudi operators agree open access fibre provision with CITC

The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) and all six telecom service providers in Saudi Arabia have signed an open access agreement guaranteeing the provision of fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband services through any subscriber-selected service provider, independent of fibre infrastructure ownership.
