Saudi regulator slaps SAR 38 mln in fines on telecom operators

The violations covered a wide range of offences affecting user rights, such as improper prepaid Sim sales, unauthorised promotional offers, no policy on credit limits, failure to supply information to the regulator and inadequate handling of complaints
