SBB to provide free internet connections on all long-distance trains from December

The Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) said it will provide free internet on all long-distance trains from December. In the future, passengers with a mobile subscription from digitec, Quickline and by late summer 2021 Swisscom, will be able to surf the web on trains for free. The company started to install the necessary technology in around 2,500 trains at the beginning of June.
