Schleswig-Holstein parliament drafts motion against article 13 of EU copyright reform

The parliament of the state of Schleswig-Holstein has drafted a motion against article 13 of the EU copyright reform. In particular, the parliament supports "an effective copyright protection", but rejects control of user content through so-called upload filters.
