Sckipio to show dynamic bandwidth G.fast with up to 750 Mbps

Sckipio Technologies, a developer of G.fast technology, announced the world's first G.fast solution to deliver up to 1.5Gbps in combined upstream and downstream performance by dynamically allocating the bandwidth in each direction in real time. Called Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation (DBA), the platform can deliver a user experience of 750Mbps in each direction, the company said. Sckipio said customers such as AT&T have found the system works over coax with today's chipsets. With the next generation G.fast chipsets, the speed should double to as much as 1.5Gbps in each direction. Canadian
