Please note Seabras-1 is not funded by TI Sparkle this is mistaken information. Full project equity capital for Seabras-1 was provided by Partners Group and development capital was provided by Seaborn. The project funding also includes total project debt of up to US$267 million provided by Natixis, Banco Santander, Commerzbank and Intesa Sanpaolo, which debt is backed by COFACE, the French Export Credit Agency. In addition branching units point towards Virginia Beach, Miami, USVI, Cape Town (S.Africa), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil South and onwards connectivity to Las Toninas Argentina on ARBR system.
