SeaChange buys Xstream for USD 5.5 mln

Video delivery platform specialist SeaChange International said it has bought Xstream for USD 5.5 million, including USD 4.6 million in cash and 541,738 in SeaChange shares. Xstream, an over-the-top (OTT) video and TV cloud platform provider based in Copenhagen, Denmark and Warsaw, services over 5 million subscribers worldwide and reports annual revenues of around USD 6 million.
