Seacom plans South African wholesaler acquisitions and partnerships, more last mile fibre

Seacom has outlined its plans for 2018, including investment in fibre infrastructure, reports ITWeb. It intends to increase its focus on last-mile fibre, using its existing wholesale infrastructure to provide a scalable system. It plans to partner with and acquire existing fibre wholesalers to increase its fibre coverage and connect more customers, in addition to building more infrastructure.
