Seacom repairs submarine system after service disruption

Seacom said its network is up and running following a service-affecting outage on the subsea cable system on the night of 22 October. In a statement, it said all linear transmission traffic on the system from South Africa, Mozambique and from the East Coast of Africa to and from Europe has been restored. The firm said it's still investigating the cause of the outage and will provide necessary updates later.
