Seamless Distribution Systems to list on Nasdaq First North

The board of directors of Seamless Distribution AB has decided to start the process of listing its subsidiary Seamless Distribution Systems (SDS) on Nasdaq's First North market. This follows the mandate given by the 20 April AGM. The reason for the split is to reveal the hidden value in both companies and improve their ability to successfully achieve their long term goals, said CEO Peter Fredell.
