Second operator to start activities in Mountainous Karabakh in 2020

A second telecommunications operator will start its activities in the Republic of Mountainous Karabakh in 2020, reports Arka.am citing Masis Mailyan, the minister of foreign affairs of the republic. LTE services are due to launch in the region, too.
