Semtech's LoRa devices monitor cattle health in real-time

Semtech announced that Quantified Ag, a company specialising in IoT cattle tracking and cattle health products, implemented Semtech's LoRa devices and wireless radio frequency technology (LoRa Technology) into its smart cattle tags for advanced health monitoring. Quantified Ag's devices are implemented in feedlots in the US and Australia. Quantified Ag's LoRa-based hardware collects data continuously allowing feedlot workers to detect and respond to anomalies in a cow's behavior and vitals.
