Senegal regulator consults on improvements to number portability practices

Senegal's telecom authority ARTP has published a public consultation as part of a new project to address current issues with mobile number portability. The document aims to gather feedback on possible changes to existing processes, which have been in place for over five years, targeting a reduced rate of rejections and an improved customer experience.
