Sequans looks to raise USD 12.9 mln from new offering

Sequans Communications has priced an offering of 3.75 million shares at USD 3.80 per unit. There will also be a greenshoe of 562,500 more shares. The company hopes to raise net proceeds of about USD 12.9 million from the offering, not including the greenshoe. The money will go towards general corporate purposes.
