SES posts 3% drop in underlying revenues for Q1, plans EUR 100 mln share buyback

Thursday 6 May 2021 | 11:01 CET | News
Satellite operator SES generated underlying revenues of EUR 436 million in the three months to March, down 2.8 percent year-on-year at constant currency (-5.1% in Q4). Accounting for 60 percent of group revenues, the Video business reported an improving trend as the contraction eased to 4.6 percent (-7.9% in Q4). This reflected lower revenues from mature markets, partially offset by growth across international operations and more consumers subscribing to HD+ in Germany.
