SES prices EUR 625 mln hybrid offering

Satellite operator SES has priced a hybrid bond offering of EUR 625 million worth of deeply subordinated fixed rate resettable securities, bearing a coupon of 2.875 percent per year. The instrument's credit ratings are expected to be Ba1/BB with Moody's and Standard & Poor's respectively. SES will put the money raised by the offering towards general corporate purposes, including the possible refinancing of existing hybrid capital instruments.
