Severen-Telecom appoints new CEO

Russian regional operator Severen-Telecom has appointed Timur Svirin the new CEO of the company, reports Comnews.ru. Svirin will combine his new duties with his role as director for the public sector in the North-Western macro-regional branch of the national operator Rostelecom. Severen-Telecom is a subsidiary of Rostelecom.

Svirin has replaced Sergey Lagir in his new position; Lagir has left the company.
