SFR claims top marks in Arcep fixed internet QoS indicators

SFR has highlighted the positive results emerging from Arcep's latest quality of service (QoS) scoreboard for fixed internet access in mainland France. The indicators, which refer to H1 2016, compare the performance of France's five biggest ISPs across the main fixed internet access technologies used in the retail market (xDSL, HFC/FttLA and FTTH/FTTB). In particular, the operator has drawn attention to the positive result in the rate of service outages for fibre-based access (FTTH/FTTB) after the initial sign-up period.
