SFR launches Ma Box self-care app

French operator SFR announced the launch of SFR Ma Box, a free self-care app available on Apple iOS and Android. Among the key features, the app enables SFR's broadband customers to view their router's parameters, access troubleshooting and diagnostic steps, as well as help new subscribers with the key stages of their line activation, allowing them to rearrange planned technical visits. The app complements several customer service tools, including the recent introduction by SFR of Facebook Messenger as part of its client relationship management.
