SFR publishes user's guide for digital cities

French mobile and broadband operator SFR has published Digital City: A User's Guide, to help expand the uses of digital technology in cities. The guide is intended to serve as a source of inspiration for the projects of tomorrow and a tool to help communities explore all the ways in which digital technology can transform daily life. The guide addresses digital city applications for e-administration, remote access to and use of public data, local democracy, smart management of networks and travel.
