SFR releases G-cluster gamepad app for GoD service

French operator SFR has launched 'SFR Mannette', a free app that turns smartphones and tablets into virtual game pads for use with the 'La Box de SFR' home gateway for its Gaming on Demand (GoD) service on TV or PC. It makes use of the touchscreen to move the cursor and a steering wheel for racing games. SFR Manette offers over 100 games including Lego Batman, DC Super Heroes, Asterix Total Riposte, Planes and Rocket Knight. It is compatible with Android and iOS. The first ten minutes of every game can be played for free and three of the weekly game selection are permanently free. SFR
