SFR remains ahead of rivals in customer complaints

Friday 9 March 2018 | 08:51 CET | News
French telecom users association AFUTT said that the number of customer complaints received in 2017 was 3.2 percent higher than in 2016. This small increase follows two significant rises reported in 2016 and 2015, when complaints about telecom services grew at a rate of 50 percent and 18 percent respectively. SFR continued to account for the largest share of complaints, well ahead of competitors. In the fixed broadband category, the operator made up 60.5 percent of grievances, while holding a 54.2 percent share of mobile complaints.
