Sharp unveils all-screen Aquos S2 smartphone in China

Sharp has introduced its new Aquos S2 smartphone in Asia, targeting the mid- to high-end segment. The 5.5-inch Aquos S2 comes in two variants, according to the Digitimes. The standard model is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 CPU and priced at TWD 12,900 (USD 426). A premium model features a Snapdragon 660 CPU paired with an Adreno 512 GPU and is priced at TWD 15,900. The standard model is available now in the Greater China region, and the premium device will launch in the second half of September.
