Shaw Communications grows quarterly revenues 2.7%

Thursday 27 June 2019 | 17:16 CET | News
Canadian operator Shaw Communications returned to revenue growth in its fiscal third quarter to May, driven by continued expansion at its Freedom Mobile service and higher business revenues. Revenue rose 2.7 percent year-on-year to CAD 1.32 billion, while adjusted operating profit was down 1.5 percent to CAD 530 million, hurt by one-time costs of CAD 15 million for IP licensing.
