Showmax cuts subscriptions by 50% in Kenya

Thursday 16 April 2020 | 10:17 CET | News
African online streaming service Showmax has cut the monthly subscription cost of its streaming service by up to 50 percent in Kenya, reports Business Daily. Its audience is growing because of stay-at-home orders to curb the spread of the coronavirus. Customers using M-Pesa will pay KES 2,250 for a three-month package but receive service for six months and those subscribing for two months at KES 1,500 will have their viewing extended by a month.
