Silicon Cloud opens cloud center for IoT in Singapore

Cloud computing infrastructure provider Silicon Cloud International has opened its second cloud centre in Singapore. This cloud centre will provide a design enablement infrastructure and framework for Internet of Things (IoT) node designs. The cloud hardware is hosted in the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and will support IoT research and design worldwide. To establish this centre, Silicon Cloud has received funding from Spring Singapore's Technology Enterprise Commercialisation Scheme and equipment from Cisco.
