Silknet issues Georgian notes linked to USD 200 mln offering

Georgian telecom operator Silknet has launched an offering of Georgian Depositary Notes (GeDNs) linked to USD 200 million, 5-year 11 percent senior unsecured bonds listed on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin. The GeDN programme is a debut depositary instrument issued in Georgia and is aimed at expanding local demand for Silknet notes.
