Siminn wins court case against Vodafone Iceland parent Syn over TV distribution

Icelandic operator Siminn said that the Supreme Court has ruled in its favour in the dispute with Syn, the parent company of Vodafone Iceland. The Supreme Court confirmed a county court judgement saying that Syn had broken the law by distributing Siminn television content to its own customers without Siminn's consent. Siminn said it is considering seeking damages.
